We were once asked by a reporter what we were most proud of at B&Y. It took about two seconds to come up with the answer - our culture. If you strip away the bricks and mortar, the cutting-edge computer network and the eclectic surroundings, what you have left is 23 happening people who like one another almost as much as they like advertising.

What's our secret? A lot of things really. Things like knowing the work always comes first. Feeling good about your clients, your vendors and yourself. Giving everyone the room to do their own thing before you cut it to shreds to make it better, because that's your job. Being pumped by the new challenges thrown at you each and every minute of the day. Asking yourself, is this the best I can before the completion of every project.
